Hetalia OC - Siberia

Okay, I finally got off my lazy butt and finished Siberia's design! I did as much research as I could on Siberia, but I failed at it. It's so DIFFICULT to develop a country OC that's not even a country or anything! Poor Siberia is stuck hanging around Russia, and therefore, she hates him. She still remains strong and confident, do NOT be fooled by her innocent look in the picture. I meant for her to look a little scary/intimidating (like Olivier Armstrong in FMAB) but I failed there too. Used base for her, btw. She's supposed to have a hood on, but I forgot to add it. As for her real name, I assume that's for her human name, so I put her human name there. Saku is actually a real ancient Siberian name, one I found after searching for ages. Her last name is Russian. Siberia was kind of a pain to create, as she is just a region of Russia and not her own independent country. I tried my hardest though. And here are the character's opinions on her (gosh these are too fun, i can't stop doing them!)

Axis Powers

Italy: She scares me… Germany, help me! (Siberia: And stay away, you annoying coward!)

Germany: Exhausting. She’s stubborn, cold, and I can’t believe I’m going to say this, but almost intimidating. However, she is an excellent ally, and a fantastic leader. (Siberia: Huh, is that so, Germany? You’re an impressive leader yourself.)

Japan: I think she is a very attractive young lady. She’s headstrong, straight-forward, and not afraid to speak her mind. This makes her easy to understand, and for me, easy to get along with. She has a strong, solid heart and refuses to give in to anyone. She also has kind side, but most people don’t get to know her well enough to see it. I should ask her if we could get together sometime. (Siberia: That sounds… nice, Japan.)

Allied Powers

America: Hot damn! She’s the sexiest thing I’ve ever seen and experienced! Dude, that woman knows what she wants and how to get it. Have you seen the way she refuses somebody? Not to mention, she is totally hot in more ways than one! Everyone, get outta my way, because this hero is gonna sweep her off her feet! (Siberia: Stay the hell away from me, hamburger pig!)

England: Ugh, I don’t see why that git America is so infatuated with her. She is rude, coarse, and most unladylike. I also believe she is similar to Russia, with her cruel acts and the like… bah, I despise her. Perhaps if she changed her attitude, we could get along. (Siberia: Funny England, I’m quite fond of you.)

France: How can one woman be so beautiful, and yet so… terrifying? (Siberia: You’re a pervert and a nuisance, get away.)

China: Agh, she has got to be the most difficult, bold, cold-hearted person I’ve met in my life. I like how she can stand up to anyone, but I hate how difficult she is. (Siberia: Whatever.)

Russia: My, my, she is a strong woman, da? I asked her to become one with me and not only did she refuse, when I touched her she dared to slap me. I’ve become attracted to her, and one day she shall become one with me without a fight. (Siberia: I hope you know that I hate you.)


North America

Canada: W-whoa! She is really inspirational! She’s got this amazing spirit, I‘ve never seen anything like it. I really like her, how should I tell her? I-I know! I’ll ask her on a date! I will, you’ll see! (Siberia: Who are you again?)

Cuba: She’s got strength and spirit, that‘s for sure. At least she’s not like America. Gah, I hate America!! (Siberia: I hate him like no other, Cuba.)

Central Europe

Austria: She has such a cold heart, I never knew someone could be like she is. Although she does have excellent taste in music. (Siberia: You’re music’s nice, that’s the only reason I come and visit.)

Hungary: Exciting! She is one strong woman, and I’ve always appreciated other independent women. She’s like this strong wall that no one can tear down. But you know what’s funny… she also has this soft, kind side to her. I love her, she could be my sister! (Siberia: Well Hungary, you are indeed like a sister to me, and the only normal person I know, and I thank you for that.)

Prussia: Watch out! She’s like a demon, she’s crazy! But I have to admit, she’s extremely beautiful and her rebellious attitude is sexy. (Siberia: You are a twitty, obnoxious country with no sense of reality.)

Liechtenstein: Sh-she scares me! But she’s awfully pretty. (Siberia: Cute girl, but she needs to realize the harshness of the world.)

Switzerland: She is the most cruel, cold-hearted woman I’ve met. *sighs* I wish she’d change, thank god for mental institutions… (Siberia: Shove off, Switzerland. You’re one to talk.)

Poland: She is like, totally my type of gal! She is a strong woman, I love that lady! (Siberia: What’s with Poland? I don’t get him at all.)

Eastern Europe

Belarus: I guess I like her. She makes Ukraine cry, and I love that about Siberia. But Russia’s trying to get close to her… if she touches him, I will kill that woman! (Siberia: You can have Russia, creep.)

Estonia: She‘s really scary, but I can respect her strength; I wish I could stand up to Russia the same way she stands up to everyone who gets in her way. It’s actually kind of inspirational, but I’m not sure I could ever get away with that kind of defiance and live. (Siberia: Estonia seems the most calm of the Baltics; I guess I can handle him.)

Latvia: C-crazy! But cool, I-I guess. Wish I had her raging spirit! (Siberia: Clumsy idiot, put yourself together and stand up to Russia!)

Lithuania: I don’t understand how Poland can be around her! She’s so insensitive and cruel! Even though it’s nice that she stands up to people, it’s frightening. I’m petrified of her. (Siberia: Hmph, idiot. Although I got a little proposal for you Baltics: come work for me and you won’t have to be tormented every second of your lives.)

Ukraine: She’s mean! (Siberia: Pathetic woman, stand up for yourself and act like an independent country does, and fight for yourself!)

Mediterranean Europe

Romano: We’re…good friends. She’s one of the few people I can stand because she knows how to talk and she sticks up for me. When Spain picks on me, she tells him off. We’re actually closer than I like to say, but it’s embarrassing to think of us as being too close. (Siberia: He’s a good friend. He’s nothing like his little brother, and I love that about him.)

Spain: I worry that my little Romano might get too close to her; she is quite the character. Very powerful, indeed! (Siberia: Hmph, Spain's a pathetic mess and needs to man up.)

Nordic Europe

Iceland: She’s a very strong woman. But far too bold and foul-mouthed for my tastes. She needs to calm down.
Norway: I agree with Iceland. No further comment.
Denmark: Woah, she’s one kick-ass lady! Oh man, if only she’d listen to me, I’d take her and BEEP! I love that woman!
Finland: Eek, she’s so scary! She’s just like Russia, except she doesn’t hide her cruelty and will point a sword at you if you say the wrong thing! And plus, she says Christmas is for children! Can you believe that? I don’t like her at all!
Sweden: … She is interesting. A very strong woman indeed…

Mediterranean Europe and North Africa

Egypt: … I have not met her…
Greece: Zzzzz… (Japan: Greece, wake up!) Wha…? Oh, Siberia? I’m mostly asleep when she’s around… But from what I’ve heard, she’s just like Russia… I’d rather not meet her… zzzz…
Monaco: Ah, that woman’s got a lot of energy for her age. She’s so strong, I sort of admire her.
Turkey: Oi, that chappie’s in for it! She’s far too aggressive and bold, she’s doesn’t know when to keep her mouth shut! I don’t like her.

Asia

Hong Kong: For once, I agree with Brother China. She is rude, blunt, and cold. Though I appreciate the fact she is blunt; in some ways, it makes her easier to understand. I am neutral on her.
Taiwan: Sh-she is scary… but very trustworthy. And, she can also be kind when you earn her trust. I am fond of her.
South Korea: Woah, she’s real high-spirited! But I don’t like her! She’s really aggressive, and says that I shouldn’t be playing video games or be on the internet and focus more on ‘providing for my country’. She doesn’t know anything! After all, I invented videos games and the internet!

Micronations

Sealand: She’s mean and scary! She says I’m not a nation and is constantly yelling at me for showing up at World Meetings! She’s awful, I’m telling you!
Seborga: Who?
Wy: I don’t know her either.

Others

Ancient Rome: I haven’t met her personally, but Italy mentioned her before… she sounds like the one woman I don’t want to meet!
Germania: I have not met her, and do not wish to.
Holy Roman Empire: I only met her once, and she was awful! Completely un-ladylike, and rude, and blunt. I didn’t like her at all.
Seychelles: Who now? Oh, I think she’s a region of Russia, right? Eek, then I don’t want to meet her!
